Weyermann Caramunich 2, EBC 120
Golden brown, slightly aromatic kernels.
Gives finished beer an amber to copper-red colour. Adds mouth feel as well as a medium malt accent to brew.
Use up to 5-10% for dark beer, 1-5% for light beer and pale ale.
Use in: October beer, dark beer, porter, stout, malt beer, nourishing beer, red ale, brown ale, amber.
