Lalbrew Essential – Wheat 1kg


A blend of two Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains selected from the Lallemand Yeast Culture Collection for the production of traditional wheat beer styles. This blend expresses flavours and aromas that are sweet and fruity, especially those of banana and clove.
