Instruction to make 25 litres of mead:

Mix 20L of water (30 – 35°C) with 6-9 kg of honey. Check that liquid temperature is max 30°C then add one sachet of Bulldog Mead yeast. Leave to ferment in 20 – 30°C. Fermentation is over in 5 – 7 days.

Ingredients: Special dry mead yeast, nutrient and vitamins.
