Place directly into the wine, cider or beer. Oak flavor is fully extracted in 6 weeks. Withdraw sooner for a milder taste.
Suggested application: 1 stick per 12 litres.
Spirals may also be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired flavor intensity.
